Open a Spanish bank account
Essential for fund transfers and recurring payments (electricity, water, taxes). Most Spanish banks accept non-residents.
Hire a specialized lawyer
Highly recommended to secure your transaction. A Spanish-speaking lawyer will verify the property title, absence of mortgage debts and urban planning compliance.
Sign the reservation contract
